EVENT SERIES INFORMATION
RedTape Events, LLC hosts several event series that are design to place talent with the right target audience and ensure they are performing with like minded peers. We value the uniquness and individual assets that make each artist who they truely are and to respect that we place them with the series that we believe would best support them.
THE AFTER PARTY
The After Party is an all-rap event with up-and-coming local talent throughout the event area. All music played is high energy, engaging and crowd interactive.

ON RED: UNPLUGGED
"ON RED" is an acoustic unplugged experience bringing bands, musicians, artists from all around to perform, sing and showcase the beauty that is held within every musician's heart.
THE UNDERGROUND
Who said rock is dead? Grab a Strap, Axe, and a Pick and show what you've got. Bands will be ranging from Punk Rock, Metal, Alternative, Grunge, Classic and More. Come ready to bang your head or dig a few graves.
THE ZOO
Dancing Bears, Bunnies, Masks & DJ's "Oh My!"
Come to THE ZOO and experience a masquerade like no other. Bringing the mardi gras vibe with an electronic rave twist. EDM music is the flavor of the day with this event so only expect to hear sounds from the best club and Electronic dance music local talent
MIDNIGHT MIMOSAS
An All R&B & Pop Lead Experience. Celebrating Talented women throughout the world. All performances are female lead with a focus on cover music from some of the top feminine performers throughout history.

ARTIST BOOKING INFORMATION
EQUIPMENT & EVENT PRODUCTION
● For all independent acts, artists, & performers we provide an onsite MC/ DJ per
event to play any and all backing tracks.
● Bands and Acts with live instrumentation will need to bring their own instruments,
stands, cables, DI and accessories to ensure the success of their performance.
● All Audio including mics, speakers, subs, control panels, mixers, Lighting, Staging
and ect. Will be provided by RedTape Events, LLC
● To ensure the success of your performance please arrive 1-2 hours before the start
of the event for sound check. Please check in with your booking agent to ensure
your timeline is correct.
PAYOUT INFORMATION
HOW MUCH DO I GET PAID?
To be able to support all local and upcoming talent we give artists the opportunity to make
their own sales themselves. All Artists & Bands booked through RedTape Events, LLC will
receive the following payments based on both pre ticket sales & door sales they receive
specifically under their artist name.
● Individual Performing Acts/ Artists
○ $100.00 USD per 15 Tickets Sold
○ $150.00 USD per 20 Tickets Sold
○ $200.00 USD per 25+ Tickets Sold
○ Percentage Negotiations will be made if more than 35+ Tickets are Sold
● Bands
○ $200.00 USD per 15 Tickets Sold
○ $250.00 USD per 20 Tickets Sold
○ $300.00 USD per 25 Tickets Sold
○ Percentage Negotiations will be made if more than 35+ Tickets are Sold
HOW DO I GET PAID?
● Payments are received via paystubs 3-4 Business days after your event please check
your welcome letter to get more information.
TIME SLOTS
● Time slots for artist depend on the size of the event and the artist line up below are
the standard amount of time each act will receive.
○ Individual Performing Acts/ Artists
■ 35 Mins of On Stage Time (With & Without Instruments)
■ 45 Mins - 60 Mins of On Stage Time (Musicians)
○ Bands
■ 45 Mins - 60 Mins of On Stage Time

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ
● Can I Cuss during my performance?
○ Yes, Swearing and Explicit Music is Allowed
● Is this event Series 21+?
○ Yes & No, This events age requirements are based on the venues needs
some events are 21 and Up others are 18+. IDs will be checked at the door,
your booking agent will let you know the specifics of this events age
requirements. Please let us know if that's a problem ahead of time.
● Can I rap some slower songs?
○ Yes, we welcome artists to express themselves fully, but please focus on a
majority of your performance to be high energy and extremely engaging.
What this means is there should not be more than 1 song per 30 mins played
thats slow/ spoken word/ R&B in style.
● When do you need the music?
○ Please send all your music to RedTape.Info@gmail.com a week in advance or
communicate with your booking agent directly.
● Can I show up late/ leave early?
○ This is on a case by case basis so please speak to the booking manager Axel
Raighn if you have special conditions that need to be met.
